Return And Exchange Policy– Velovis & Co.

We do not accept the return of the purchased products that are not found to be defective in accordance with the applicable law. Products are produced as in their original gold color. In case of different gold selection, it will be counted as a special order. Special orders and custom made products cannot be returned. Since the sizes except from 10-18 size range for rings, and 5-9 size range for pinky rings are considered special production, unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges for this product category.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Sales Contract, gold, diamonds and other jewelries sold on velovis.com are excluded from the right of withdrawal which is defined in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6052. Therefore, we are not obliged to accept the return of products that are purchased online at our e-commercial website.
